We care about data privacy and security which is why we implore you to carefully read to understand how Alipata company Ltd ("Alipata," "we," "us," "our"), a company incorporated and operating under the Law of the Republic of Uganda. We have our office at BMK Ho plot 2,4 Wampewo Avenue Kololo Kampala. we know you care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously.

(i) Personal information: Your name, email address, telephone number and/or address. We collect this information automatically in order to allow you to benefit from the services offered on the Website.
(ii) option: Your option and settings such as time zone and language. We collect this information in order to provide you with a personalised experience.
(iii) Searches and other activities: The search terms you have looked up, in order to reach the Website. We collect this information in order to monitor our performance and improve our services.

How we gathered our user’s information

Personal information will also be disclosed if we go through a business transition such as a merger, sale, transfer of all or a portion of Alipata’s assets, acquisition, bankruptcy or similar event. In the event that we sell any business or assets, we will disclose your data to the prospective Employer. If we or substantially all of our assets are acquired by a third party, information held by us about our users will be one of the transferred assets.

A user of this service must be at least 18-year-old. If we learn we have collected Personal Information from an under-18 user or if we learn that an under-18 user has provided us Personal Information beyond what we request from him or her, we will delete that information as quickly as possible after we have identified it. Personal Information we collect or how we use Personal Information collected
from under-18 users we will notify parents by email in order to obtain
verifiable parental consent for the new uses of the child's Personal

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This privacy policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Territory and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Territory
With your consent

Alipata is operated, control and administered entirely within the Republic of uganda. If you are accessing alipata Website from another jurisdiction, please be advised that you are transferring your personal information to alipata in the Republic of uganda and, by using the Website, you consent to that transfer and to abide by the applicable laws concerning your use of the Website and your agreements with us.
