Ghee is a form of clarified butter which is prepared by melting butter that is churned from cream. The resulting clear, golden butter fat is then separated from the milk solids. This process gives the Ghee a nutty and aromatic flavour.

Shelf life
- 12 months from the date of manufacture (195 Kg drum and 18 Kg plastic bucket).
- 24 months from the date of manufacture (500 g and 1 Kg tins).
