kimmed Milk Powder (SMP) is obtained from cow’s milk that has been skimmed, pasteurized and concentrated by vacuum evaporation. This concentrated milk is then spray dried in hot air within a heated chamber. The resultant powder contains casein and whey protein which is high in soluble vitamin and mineral content.
The advantages of using Skimmed Milk Powder are:

Intended/Suggested Uses:
- Has a wide range of applications including reconstitution of milk, production of sweetened condensed milk, fermented milk products, Yoghurt, Ice cream mixes among many others.
