Recipe:

1000gms Butter cake
500gms Eggs
500gms butter or Vegetable oil.
Method
- Mix the butter in the first butterfly to be smooth then add the rest of the ingredients.
- And mix with a butterfly on the second speed for 5 minutes.
- Put 400gms of mix in tin size 19cm.
- Put in oven at 160-170oC
Ingredients:
Wheat flour, sugar, maize starch, vegetable Emulsifiers from hydrogenated coconut fat: (E472b + E477).
Raising Agent (E450a Sodium pyrophosphate (+E 500 Sodium Carbonate) Stabilizer E415 Xanthan gum-vanilla.
