  • 1000gms Butter cake
  • 500gms Eggs
  • 500gms butter or Vegetable oil.
  • Method

    • Put 400gms of mix in tin size 19cm.
    • Put in oven at 160-170oC

    Raising Agent (E450a Sodium pyrophosphate (+E 500 Sodium Carbonate) Stabilizer E415 Xanthan gum-vanilla.
