Red velvet cake mix
A ready made premix where by you only add margarine or butter, eggs and water for a trading red velvet cake. For its toping or garnish you will use the Red velvet frosty filling.
Recipe:
- 1000gms Red velvet cake
- 300gms Egg
- 150gms butter or cooking oil 250gms H2O
Mix the butter in the first to be smooth then add the rest ingredients and mix on second speed for 5 minutes. Put tin in oven at 170-180oc for 45 minutes. In case of filling use Frosty filling.

- Wheat flour
- Sugar
- Maize starch
- Vegetable Emulsifier from hydrogenated coconut fat(E472b Lactic and fatty acid esters + E477 Propylene glycol esters of fatty acids)
- Raising agents(E450a Sodium Pyrophosphate+ E500 Sodium Carbonate)
- Skimmed milk powder
- Stabilizer: E415 Xanthan Gum
- Cocoa powder
- Salt
- Colour(E129 Allura Red). E129 (Allura Red) has a negative effect on the activity and concertation in children.
